Changes have indeed been announced by the UKVI and will come into effect from 2nd January 2025.
As per the new rules,
● £10224 maintenance funds (£1136 per month) to be shown for studying outside London.
● £13347 maintenance funds (£1483 per month) to be shown for studying in London.
