  • Admission Associate

    The Admission Associate will support students throughout the study abroad journey by ensuring smooth communication, accurate application processing, and comprehensive guidance from counselling to post-departure. This role involves close coordination with Study Abroad Counsellors (SA Counsellors), students, and universities to deliver a seamless admission experience.

    Responsibilities :

    1. Communication Management

    • Act as a liaison between counselors, students, and parents, ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
    • Respond promptly to student queries via phone, WhatsApp groups, and email, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed.

    2. Learning and Development

    • Actively participate in refresher and university-specific training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and offerings.

    3. Event Support

    • Engage in calling efforts for students during key events such as Admission Days and Education Fairs to encourage attendance and participation.

    4. CRM Management

    • Regularly update and maintain the CRM with accurate student information, task completion, and follow-up records to ensure smooth operations.

    5. Student Gifting Coordination

    • Coordinate student gifting at key stages such as the Offer and Visa Stage to enhance the client experience.

    6. IELTS and Exam Coordination

    • Assist in booking IELTS exams for students and ensure reviews are completed as required.

    7. Counseling Support & Coordination

    •  Attend counseling sessions with designated Study Abroad Counselors (SA Counselors) to better understand the student’s profile and university discussion.
    • Make detailed notes on key discussions and profile information to provide accurate support.

    8. University Shortlisting / Research

    • Collaborate with SA Counselors to gather download recommendations and provide well-researched, personalized university and course shortlists based on the student’s profile.

    9. Document Submission and Guidance

    • Follow up with students to ensure timely document submission, providing guidance on the correct documentation required for the application.
    • Share document samples (e.g., CV, SOP, LOR) and review/edit SOPs, essays, LORs, and CVs to ensure they meet the university’s standards

    10. Application Process Management

    • Compile, review, and organize all documents for submission, ensuring the correct order and high-quality scans.
    • Submit completed student applications to the applications team in a timely manner and monitor all correspondence related to the application.

    University Correspondence and Follow-ups

    • Draft follow-up emails from the student’s ID to the universities and handle all application-related correspondence.
    • Monitor the acknowledgment of applications and track offer letter statuses. Escalate any delays in application processing or offer letters to the appropriate team members.

    Offer Letter and Scholarship Updates

    • Send timely updates regarding offer letters, scholarships, and other relevant updates to students to keep them informed and engaged.

    Scholarship Applications

    • Work closely with the SA Counselor to complete all available scholarship applications for students, ensuring all necessary documents and information are provided.

    11. Tuition Deposit Guidance

    • Guide students through the process of paying tuition deposits after university finalization, ensuring compliance with university deadlines.

    12. Visa Processing- Visa Documentation and Processing

    • Provide detailed guidance on financial requirements and visa documentation to ensure students are prepared for the next steps.
    • Assist with education loan information and help students understand their financial options.
    • Collect necessary documents such as CAS, COE, and i20, and facilitate the processing with universities, including interview scheduling.
    • Guide students through the visa documentation process, providing sample documents for each required item.

    13. Accommodation Assistance

    • Share a curated shortlist of accommodation options, providing students with guidance on securing suitable housing for their stay abroad.

    14. Pre-Departure Assistance

    • Complete visa forms, associated payments, and any related paperwork.
    • Assist with securing insurance, travel cards, and flight tickets, ensuring all travel arrangements are organized before departure.
    • Send a comprehensive pre-departure email and kit to prepare students for their journey.

    15. Post-Departure Support

    • Ensure that student success stories and testimonials are captured and shared on social media platforms to highlight student achievements and build credibility.

    16. Student Success Tracking

    • Collect and submit student visa and enrollment proofs on the CRM to ensure accurate records and monitor student success post-departure.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
    • 0–2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or customer service.

  • Study Abroad Counsellors

    We’re seeking motivated Study Abroad Counsellors with a strong sales background and a passion for education. The role focuses on counselling students seeking admission in universities across the UK, Ireland, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, and Canada, alongside promoting our Test Preparation courses like IELTS & PTE.

    Responsibilities :

    • Conduct face-to-face and telephonic counselling for admissions abroad.
    • Manage and follow up on leads via our CRM to ensure conversions and admissions.
    • Engage in extensive reading, self-study, and online research to provide accurate, updated information to students.
    • Maintain a student-friendly approach, with a focus on effective communication and customer service.
    • Achieve sales targets through effective counselling and conversion strategies.

    Qualifications :

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven sales ability with a focus on meeting targets.
    • Experience in counselling for at least 1 of the 6 mentioned countries (UK, USA, Ireland, Canada, Australia, Dubai)
    • knowledge of the UK market is a plus.
    • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas education counselling.

  • Campus Ambassador

    The Campus Ambassador is responsible to represent Study Smart in their respective college campus and build college partnerships, generate quality student leads, conduct seminars/events, and drive student enrollments for study abroad programs.

    Responsibilities :

    • Act as the official representative and Brand Ambassador of Study Smart at your college.
    • Promote our services through various channels within your college and other institutions.
    • Organize and conduct awareness campaigns, workshops, and presentations.
    • Utilize your networking skills to reach out to potential students interested in studying abroad or preparing for IELTS.
    • Provide counseling to prospective students, dispelling myths about studying abroad.
    • Leverage digital marketing tools, social media, blogs, and student portals to enhance our visibility.
    • Facilitate student visits to our offices and maintain a database for marketing purposes.
    • Manage promotional materials such as posters, banners, and standees on campus.
    • Arrange seminars and workshops to educate students about opportunities abroad.

    Your Rewards:

  • Student Contact Executive

    The Student Contact Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, confirming seminar/event registrations, qualifying leads for counselling, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence in follow-ups, and the ability to meet daily calling targets to support the counselling team in converting leads into enrolments.

    Responsibilities :

    • Call prospective students to confirm seminar/event registrations and provide necessary assistance.
    • Engage with students to assess their interest in studying abroad and qualify leads for counseling.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed interaction records in the CRM.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure updates, responses, and engagement.
    • Build and maintain a database of prospective students with up-to-date information.
    • Achieve daily calling targets of 200–250 calls to qualify leads effectively.
    • Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure smooth lead handovers.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
    • 0–2 years of experience in student engagement, customer service, or tele sales (preferred).

    Roles and Responsibilities 

  • IELTS Trainer

    Are you passionate about helping students achieve their English language goals? We’re looking for energetic individuals to join us as IELTS Trainers, whether full-time or part-time, in our vibrant office setting.

    Responsibilities :

    • Deliver IELTS and PTE training using effective methods and engaging materials.
    • Evaluate performance, offer feedback, and help students create study plans.
