KEY DATES FOR SEPTEMBER ENTRY
If your students are applying to join Oxford Brookes University for September 2021 entry, please note the important dates and deadlines below:
- Our application deadline is Wednesday 30 June, but we would encourage your students to apply sooner rather than later due to unprecedented demand at present
- Our Unconditional deadline is Friday 30 July so your students will need to have met all conditions and paid deposits by this date
- The deadline for submitting our Visa Information Form and supporting documents is Friday 6 August. Our International Students’ Compliance Team have already started contacting Unconditional Firm offer holders and issuing CAS for September
- Our CAS issuance deadline is Friday 13 August
- Online Enrolment will start from Monday 23 August and instructions will be emailed to your students once they are Unconditional Firm
- Arrivals Weekend is Saturday 11 – Sunday 12 September
- Induction events will start on Monday 13 September and will end on Friday 17 September
- Teaching starts Monday 24 September.
FACULTY OF TECHNOLOGY, DESIGN AND ENVIRONMENT EVENT
International students who hold an offer to study a postgraduate course in the Faculty of Technology, Design and Environment are invited to join a virtual networking event taking place on Tuesday 25 May at 1:00pm (UK time).
This event will give your students an opportunity to make connections with other students from around the world, who are also planning to start their studies in September.

27 SEPTEMBER 2021 Final date to arrive in the UK to qualify for the Graduate Route Visa for students starting a one year Master’s in January 2021
