About Aston University

Located in the city centre of Birmingham Aston University was established in the year 1895. It evolved into the UK’s first college of Advanced Technology in 1956.
In the year Aston University was honored by the Times Higher Education with the second best teaching quality in the UK. This esteemed university has been received many honors & rankings for its teaching excellence worldwide. Aston pioneered the integrated placement year concept over 50 years ago with more than 70% of Aston students taking a placement year, the highest percentage in the UK.

Campus & Campus Life

Aston is located in the centre of Birmingham, England which is the youngest city in Europe. It has been a home for over 3000 students a year. The amenities offered at the campus include sports centres, swimming pools, libraries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, even ATM’s, etc. The library at Aston University is open 24 hours a day during exam time & for 12 hours otherwise. Accommodation

Students can choose from the three accommodation options available wherein students can choose a room or suite of their choice. Wi-fi access is provided throughout the property, security is maintained for 24/7 by the security team, and emergency contact centers help students seek help anytime they want. Facilities like laundry, furnished bedrooms, fitted kitchens, bike storage, and vending machines for snacks, etc will be available as per the accommodation that the student has opted for. All bills are included in the rent. Shopping centres, train stations are barely 10-20 mins away from any of the accommodation.
