Please review the checklist below for MOI Acceptance.

1. MOI is not accepted for the Punjab-Haryana region ( English Language Mandatory).
2. A List of High-risk universities, MOI not accepted is attached.
3. MOI can be accepted if the student has not taken any English language tests,  provided that no English language test score has been submitted to the university.
4. If a student has paid the full deposit and meets all specified conditions, the MOI will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis  

For students from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu:

1. MOI will be accepted if the student has achieved a minimum of 70% in English for undergraduate courses or 60% for postgraduate courses. 

2. If the percentage is below these thresholds, MOI may still be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, provided the student has paid the full deposit.

Please note that the university will not confirm MOI acceptance until the applicant meets all other offer conditions and has paid the deposit.

To ensure everything is in order, please follow these steps:
 

• Review and upload all documents to meet offer conditions, including English language proficiency.
   
• Carefully verify that the student meets all academic and supplementary conditions mentioned in the offer.
   
• If the student has studied in a state or region different from their place of origin, the university may request proof of stay to confirm the student’s study history.
• Review and comply with the MOI clauses listed above.
   
• Schedule and clear the PCI.
   

Accepted Proof of Stay – Required Documents:

• Rent receipt, hostel receipt, and agreement.
• If staying at a relative’s or friend’s house, the following are required:
  • Bank transaction proof.
  • A letter from the relative/friend confirming the stay.
  • A valid ID proof of the relative/friend.
• If all conditions are met, request the student to pay the full deposit as outlined in the offer letter.
   
• Send the payment receipt to the Liaison team for further action.
