1. Embassy New Delhi will no longer accept “Conditional Placement Offers. “
 i.e. - Applicants who have pending transcripts and degrees are no longer acceptable. 

No 'Unconditional Offer' letter will be issued.
 

2. Embassy New Delhi will no longer accept start date extensions, beyond the date on the original unconditional offer. Extensions are not acceptable. Any applications that cannot be processed in time for the arrival date – considering https://www.ireland.ie/en/india/newdelhi/services/visas/processing-times-and-decisions/#VFS%20document%20transit%20times flight transit times – will be withdrawn without prejudice; and finally.
 

3. Embassy New Delhi will remove the historic ’three-week rule’,  whereby applications received in the office inside three weeks of the course start date are automatically withdrawn/refused.
